The MRDC offers the following medical services to our members:

• Retention of a 24 hour/7 days a week trauma and life support assistance team
• Medical escort assistance (translation and facilitation of your contact with the medical establishment)
• "After hours" medical care and assistance
• Medical evacuation assistance
• Written explanations of treatment rendered with receipt to facilitate your reimbursement
• Access to a referral network for doctors and institutions within Albania , Europe and abroad
• Retention of a western trained board certified general surgeon to assist in traumas and urgent medical situations
• A dedicated hot line for medically related problems both urgent and non-urgent
• Medical records web application, MRDC Access 4.0 Beta, electronically enrolls each member with a chart, a specific indentification number, and a membership card.
